Information you give us: first name, email address, optional phone number, stated handicap range, apparel interest and any answers you submit through the Find Your Beast quiz or a Founder Drop reservation.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters (UTM tags), referral codes, device and browser type, and identity-card scan events when a Beast ID QR code is scanned.

To send you drop announcements, identity content and founder release information you opted into.

To assign and hold your Beast ID, quiz result and Founder Drop reservation position.

To understand which products and pages people respond to, so we build the right first collection.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email, or by emailing hello@egobeastgolf.com. Unsubscribing does not cancel a Founder Drop reservation.

We do not send SMS marketing unless you explicitly opt in to it separately.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and — once checkout opens — our payment processor. Payment card details are handled by the processor and never stored by EgoBeast Golf.

We may disclose information if required by law.

We use browser storage and analytics tags to remember your referral code, campaign source and saved Digital Beast ID, and to measure how the site performs. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — including your quiz result and Beast ID — by emailing hello@egobeastgolf.com. We respond within 30 days.

We keep your information for as long as your account, waitlist entry or reservation is active, and only as long afterward as required for legal and accounting purposes. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security.

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
