SHIPPING & RETURNS

Drop 001 ships to the United States and Canada. International destinations open after the first drop clears.

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected at delivery.

Founder Drop 001 orders ship together once production completes. The confirmed ship window is announced by email after sample approval, and every reservation holder receives tracking before dispatch.

After the first drop, in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; expedited is 2 business days.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at our facility.

Beast ID cards and numbered Founder IDs are personalized and non-returnable, but they never affect your right to return the apparel or headcovers in the same order.

First size exchange on any apparel item is free within the US — we send a prepaid label. Email hello@egobeastgolf.com with your order number and the size you need.

If your size is sold out, we refund in full rather than making you wait on a restock.

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo. We replace it at no cost, including shipping, and you keep the original item if returning it isn't practical.

Founder reservations are refundable in full up to the production commitment date announced by email. Request a refund any time before that date at hello@egobeastgolf.com.

Beast Spine headcovers carry a one-year workmanship guarantee against stitching and structural failure under normal play. Ordinary wear, sun fade and course damage are not covered.
